We will draft a simple will for you free provided:
1. We have no conflict of interest representing you.
2. You fill out the form provided below over the web.
3. You come into the office to execute the will.
4. You are over 18 and competent.
5. Your will is simple. If your will is complex (for example with sophisticated trusts or sophisticated estate planning) we must charge.
That notwithstanding, we reserve the right to decline to draft your will without the necessity of giving a reason.
BECKMAN LAW OFFICES does a conflict check on incoming submissions, initially viewing only your name, spouse's name, address, county of residence, your gender, email address and telephone number. If there is a conflict, service will not be provided. An example of a conflict would be if we are counsel to someone that you are suing. We also reserve the right to decline to provide service for any reason, without the necessity of giving a reason. Mere submission of the information form does not create an attorney/client relationship.
